I took 10 days off around Christmas and the New Year and what a refreshing time it was. I really needed a break from work, and I had such a great time with my family. Then, to top it all off, I come back from vacation and see your comments from my post below on the relaunch of Daily Hope. And WOW! You are amazing.
You see Daily Hope is relaunching on January 10th – just a few days away! And it is now a paid service, benefiting our nonprofit. Some of you commented that you love Daily Hope, but won’t be able to afford it now that there is a fee, and then others stepped up and offered to help pay for those who can’t. You never cease to amaze me. All of you.
Daily Hope Scholarships
So, here’s how this will work. If you’d like to donate so that another person can have a subscription to Daily Hope, here’s what you do:
1. Log in to your PayPal account and click the “send money” button.
2. In the to: box, you will type in the email address firstname.lastname@example.org. In the amount box, you’ll enter $49 for each person you’d like to sponsor with a gifted Daily Hope subscription. You will also click that this is a purchase of services.
3. When you get to the page where you can include a message, in the subject line, write “Daily Hope”. In the message section, YOU MUST indicate whether you are just sending money in for us to use in the general scholarship fund for Daily Hope (which I will manage), or whether there is a specific person you will be sponsoring. If there is a specific person, you will need to include their first and last name and their email address. Hopeful World will need this information to know where to send the subscription to. (If you have an idea of who you’d like to sponsor but aren’t sure of their first and last name and email address, send me an email and I’ll try to get that for you.)
I have just agreed to participate in a webinar in February just so that I can donate the $100 I’ll be paid for participating in it into the fund as well! I look forward to being able to sponsor two of you!
If you are someone who cannot afford a subscription to Daily Hope, please let me know and I’ll put you on the waiting list and notify you as scholarship money comes in. Please look in your heart and be absolutely sure you cannot afford it before you put your name on this list, because I want to make sure these subscriptions go to those who are most in need.
Make sense? If you have any questions, let me know! Also, if you still haven’t signed up for Daily Hope and want to pay for your own subscription, please be sure to do so soon!!! And if you are a current subscriber looking for the discount code, email me!!!
