At the BlogHer conference in New York City, I had the thrilling opportunity to do an interview with the ladies of Today's Moms, Alicia Ybarbo and Mary Ann Zoellner. Alicia and Mary Ann are very busy ladies: theyare both moms, producers of"The Today Show" on NBC, and authors of the book "Today's Moms: Essentials for Surviving Baby's First Year".

I got the chance to have a chat with them about what to do if you have postpartum depression. So many of the medical websites and TV segments on PPD focus on telling you what the symptoms are, but not what to do or where to go if you have them. I call it the "Now what?" problem. Iwas able to sharethat there are all sorts of new resources that didn't exist years ago when I had PPOCD, including the Chat with the Experts calls offered by Postpartum Support International, and the PPD Chat on Twitter (and Postpartum Progress!). I am hoping that ourconversation will end up on their website at some point. It was great to meet them!

In the meantime, here's a quick interview I did at the conference with Yahoo Shine! about reinvention and Postpartum Progress.(I just love the screen shot of PP!)
