A company called Cope Today is offering free online counseling sessions to a small group of women and men as they test out their service offerings. They have offered 10 readers of Postpartum Progress a free 1-hour online counseling session, which can be used in two 30-minute sessions or one full-hour session. The first 10 readers who comment on this post telling me they’d like to participate will get the slots.

As they explain, “We understand that not everyone is willing, able or even ready to seek professional help in person and would like to provide an opportunity for Postpartum Progress readers to try online counseling from the comfort of their own homes, through email, chat, video or phone. All that we ask in return for the 1 hour of counseling is a bit of feedback about the experience through a short survey. Cope Today is available 24 hours and sessions can be scheduled in advance with the counselor of your choice.”

Full disclosure: I am not being paid for offering these 10 slots or receiving any other type of consideration. Additionally, I have not used Cope Today’s services personally so I cannot vouch for the quality of those services.
