The event will feature a session on peripartum mental health with Katie Hirst, MD and Gretchen Mallios, LCSW, from the Postpartum Health Alliance of San Diego. The Marce Society is holding a Perinatal Mental Health Meeting in Chicago on November 6-8. It is entitled “Optimizing Maternal Treatment to Improve Infant Outcomes” and is sponsored by the Asher Center for Research and Treatment of Depressive Disorders at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine, the Marce Society and NASPOG, and is aimed at healthcare providers.
