Couple Will Swim Across Lake Michigan to Benefit Postpartum Progress

The lovely Sara Binkley-Tow and her husband Jeff have an AMAZING goal: to become the first married couple to complete an ultra-marathon swim across Lake Michigan to raise awareness of postpartum depression and relate illnesses. Can you imagine?  They’d have to come rescue me about 100 yards out …

The event will raise funds for important organizations such as Postpartum ProgressPostpartum Support InternationalTree of Hope Foundation and MomsBloom, Inc.!  I’m so honored that she included PPI as a beneficiary in this exciting project.  To learn more about it or get involved, visit Through the Blue.

I also must thank Kristin Hodson, LCSW, who recently participated in a TRIATHLON (!) to help raise money for Postpartum Progress.  We recently got a check from Cause Sports thanks to her efforts for $681!  Thanks again Kristin for your wonderful support!!!
