This is a great argument for the use of therapy, which I believe in strongly, and should be a relief to those of you who would rather not take medication. A trained therapist can really help you to work through all of the bad feelings you experience when going through a postpartum mood disorder. It makes a big impact when you have someone help you understand where your thinking has gone awry and help you get back on the right path.
