We have a great Pinterest board called Postpartum Depression Hope, on which lots of Warrior Moms are pinning wonderful things to help get you through the day. (There are already 152 pins. Way to go ladies!!!)

There’s Daily Hope, which is a special email service that sends you an email five days a week for an entire year, each one written by yours truly. I like to think of it as a way for me to hold your hand for a year and let you know each day that it’s going to be okay. Start your year off right and register.
